Thank you for your patience everyone! Took me some time to get back up to speed.

It’s been some insane flu season for me, just kept on getting sick.  I’ve spent most of this year sick, I’ve never been this sick continuously and I’m a little scared.

Maybe its just part of aging hahaha.

Come on Fleance, let Edgar kick his ass

FYI it’s very hard to get moist rice grains off of clothes, only when they have dried up you can pick them off easily.

    Sorry to hear you’ve been so sick, I hope that you’re feeling better :( being sick really sucks to say the least.
    I was so excited to see this page, and awww….Edgar, you’re as adorable as I remember, but please don’t try to take him on…. you’ve got too many fans to let yourself get squished :P

      Thanks!! Yea it does, I think it’s cause I’ve just been on too many antibiotics and it’s nuked my good bacteria along with the bad.

      If only Edgar’s animal form was a bigger creature he would be a force to be dealt with.

      Btw how did you know I updated? I completed forgot to notify the social media LOLs better do that now!

        Indeed he would be…but his gecko form is far too cute…we’d all miss it too much :P

        Haha, I check back here most weeks when I’m doing my usual check of web series I like that don’t update on specific days of the week :)

    Goodness, I really like all the changes that you made between the first/rough draft and this one! The story definitely feels more fluid and coherent this way. I had tons of fun reading the old version though. :)

    I have to say, I know that Cleatus is waiting for this right time thing, but I am very scared for him to be around Fleance so soon. I wonder if he’s going to cross paths with Noah soon? I remember their interactions in the first draft.

    And please take as much rest as you need. I hope this new year, you will have better luck in health!

      Thanks so much!! I think I spent more time worried about the flow and everything! But I need to find some of that “fun” I had with it during the rough draft days.

    I can’t believe I found this again after all these years. Just reread the whole thing from the beginning. One of my first yaoi manga’s and I’m still hooked! I was sure you’d stopped updating altogether (last time I checked was 2014!😱). So glad this story is still going!

    I first started reading the rough draft of Pandect almost fifteen years ago, when I was still in high school. I thought your art and designs were so beautiful, and that the story held so much promise, but that your writing was so obsessed with seeming mysterious that it got over-convoluted and the plot caved under the weight of all the lack-of-context that kept happening. Things barely explained or not explained at all, events happening with no given reason as to why they happened, people having titles without the history behind or meaning of those titles being given to explain what it all meant. I loved what the story could be, but not what it was in its original form. I came back a few years ago and saw that you were both stream-lining the story as well as adding information that you left out in the original take, and I liked this version of the story so much better, but ended up distracted by how vastly different it was from the original. A different beginning, colors everywhere, so many new and important details.I think I was just a bit overwhelmed by how new it was. I decided to go looking for Pandect again and found you worked on it AGAIN. It’s more like the original take, but with your lesson learned of carefully adding in important details to give context to the events that happened in the original story. :) I’m so happy for you, so proud of you and the work you’ve done, and I’m so glad you refined the story to fix the original issues with it so many years ago. I know your life has new details to note and new family members now as well. :) I’m just grateful you’re still plugging at it!

    I spent so long searching for this comic again after I had lost it and now that I have it again, I’m just grateful that it was here. It’s been so long since the last update so I’m going to try not to hold out hope for my own sake but I do wish the author well. Thank you so much for putting this comic out there and refining it from your first draft. I’ll always love this comic.
