A Canadian Lynx is a much smaller cat than a Leopard.  Canadian Lynx has one of the biggest paws in proportion to their body size, which is why I in-corporate the big fur gloves.

    This page reminded me of when my Russian Blue met my Bombay about 7 years ago. So. Fracking. Much. Mistoffelees, was exactly like Fleance – cool, collected, and apparently cared little about anything other living creature unless they where bringing him food or he knew them well. On the other paw, Anastasia is quite unlike Cherokee, as she has always had a subdued personality, preferring to act as a fur stole or make me and my family her furniture.

      Haha believe it or not Fleance is based on my observation of cats. I’m glad the persona came through correct!

      What a name Mistoffelees? What does it mean? How do you pronounce it? been trying to pronounce it for awhile XD

        Mistoffelees (mist-off-el-eez) is the black and white magical cat from the play Cats! :3 Go watch it if you haven’t seen it before!

        kidinabstact is correct about the name and pronunciation of Mistoffelees. Mistoffelees was my first cat and was named as such because “He was small, he was quiet, he was black, from his ears to the tip of his tail” – although he never busted out lightning bolts as far as I know.

        Unfortunately, only Anastasia is with us today. Mistoffelees died of old age about three years ago (he was 17, pushing 18). Anastasia met Mistoffelees when she was was around 4 months and he was 13.

    Hehe I love how Cherokee can go from tears, to super happy, to curious and now from the facial expressions seems like he wants to try to prove his dominance cuz he’s bigger. Methinks this isn’t going to go well for him…
